What is the Club Development Programme(CDP)?
It is a programme run by Cornwall YFC and Duchy College ( Rural Business School ) to encourage YFC members to develop their leadership skills.

Who is it for?
The programme is open to members aged 16+ with a leadership officer role within YFC.

Club Chairman, Club Vice Chairman, Secretaries, Programme Secretaries, Club Leaders and County Officers .

What are the benefits?

*Improve Club dynamics

*Improve quality of Club programme

*Strengthen leadership skills

*Gain a qualification – NVQ Level 2 in Team Leading

*Recognised by employers

*Financial benefit - £200 for the club to use for ‘educational purposes’ upon completion of the NVQ

*Additional skills training for individuals and the club
