DISCOVERY 2010
YFC offers a wide range of travel opportunities to its members, including the Discovery
programme. The Discovery programme provides a unique opportunity for YFC
members to travel, meet new people and experience other cultures – in most cases,
just for the cost of the air flight and insurance.
Trips vary from one week to three months and you can choose from a Homestay,
Development Team Travel, Working Exchange or Team Travel.
The Discovery Selection Day takes place on Saturday 5th December this year and now
is the time for members to start thinking about the trips they would like to go on or the
places they'd like to travel to.
A trip to New Zealand, Kenya or Sweden could be just one interview away. If you
don’t apply you won’t go anywhere. But if you apply and come for an interview, it
might be your turn to catch a plane and be a
Young Farmer who has a really exciting story to tell.
